How quickly will you ship after I place my order?

In most cases, orders that are placed before 11 am PST are processed and shipped within72 business hours. We do our very best to get your order out as soon as possible. However, we can’t always accommodate every order on days we receive a lot of orders. Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis and we guarantee orders placed before 11 am PST will be processed and shipped within 72 business hours (excluding weekends).

How Do I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped. The email will contain a clickable tracking number for you to view the progress of your shipment as well as an estimated delivery date. If you do not receive the shipment notification email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact customer support for tracking information. You can also view the status of your order by logging into ‘My Account’ at the top right of our website and clicking on “Review orders/track packages”.
